The Rolex Ref. 8171 "Padellone" (produced 1949–1953) is one of only two vintage Rolex models to feature a moonphase complication. Measuring a massive 38mm, it earned the Italian nickname "Padellone" (frying pan). This non-Oyster, snap-on case back watch displays the day, month, date, and moon phase.
