These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it (together, the "Service"). By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you are browsing, buying, or sending us content. If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights under UK consumer law that these Terms do not take away. Where anything in these Terms conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail. SECTION 1 - YOUR ACCOUNT AND ELIGIBILITY You need an account, registered with a valid email address, to place an order. Keep your login details and verification codes to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account, and we are not liable for any loss that results from your failing to keep it secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy from us. If you allow someone under 18 to use the site, you are responsible for their use of it. You must not use the site, or anything you buy from us, for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in a way that breaks the law where you live, including intellectual property law. You must not introduce viruses, worms, or any other harmful code. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or close your account and stop providing the Service to you straight away. SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS We may decline to provide the Service to anyone, at any time, at our discretion. Information you send through the site, other than payment card details, may pass across several networks and be adapted to the technical requirements of different networks and devices. Card details are always encrypted in transit and are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site, its content, or your access to it without our written permission. Headings in these Terms are there for ease of reading and do not affect their meaning. SECTION 3 - INFORMATION ON THIS SITE We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it always will be. General content on the site is provided for information only. You should not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision without checking other sources, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk. This does not apply to the description of a watch you buy from us, which forms part of your contract with us (see Section 5). Some content may be historical and therefore no longer current; it is kept for reference only. We may change the site's content at any time, but we are not obliged to update it, and it is up to you to keep an eye on changes. SECTION 4 - PRICES AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for doing so, or for any change in price. SECTION 5 - OUR WATCHES Our watches are sold exclusively online through this website. Many are single pieces available in limited quantities, and returns or exchanges are handled under our Return Policy, available at time2london.co.uk/return-policy. Every watch is individually inspected and authenticated before listing, and each listing sets out its condition, specifications, reference number, and any papers or box included. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our watches as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display any colour accurately. We may, but are not obliged to, limit sales of our watches or Services to any person, region, or country, deciding this case by case. We may limit the quantities of any watch we offer, change descriptions or prices at any time without notice, and discontinue any watch at any time. Any offer on this site is void where the law prohibits it. Beyond the description in each listing and your statutory rights, we do not promise that a product will meet your personal expectations, or that every error on the site will be corrected. SECTION 6 - ORDERS, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We may refuse or cancel any order. We may also limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household, or per order, including orders placed through the same account, with the same payment card, or to the same billing or delivery address. We may restrict or refuse orders that, in our judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel or change your order, we will try to let you know using the email address you gave us, and if you have already paid for an order we cancel, we will refund you in full. You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate information for every purchase, and to keep your account details, including your email address, up to date so that we can complete your orders and contact you when we need to. Checkout is processed securely by Stripe. Once your payment succeeds, the order is added to your account, you receive an order confirmation, and you can view your order history at any time from your account page. SECTION 7 - DELIVERY Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared for dispatch. When it has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. Delivery is free, fully insured, and tracked. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. If our team is away, we will say so on the site before you order, and orders placed during that time will be dispatched as soon as we return. We ship worldwide, but we may restrict shipping to certain destinations at any time. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their destination country. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering. SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS Our checkout is provided by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe alone and are never stored by Time 2 London Ltd. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We may give you access to other third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. These are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty or endorsement from us. Your use of them is at your own risk and on the terms set by their providers, which you should read first. We are not liable for anything arising from your use of them. Some content, products, and Services available through the site may include material from third parties. Third-party links on the site may take you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We do not examine or evaluate their content or accuracy, and we are not responsible for any third-party material or website, or for any other material, products, or Services of third parties. We are not liable for any harm or loss related to goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with third-party websites. Please read a third party's policies and practices carefully, and make sure you understand them, before entering into any transaction with them. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions about third-party products should be directed to the third party. Any new tools or features we add to the site will also be covered by these Terms. SECTION 9 - REFUND REQUESTS Refund requests must be submitted through your account within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To start one, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select "Request a Refund" on the relevant order. For claims involving a damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed item, photographic or video evidence must be uploaded when you submit the request. All refund requests are subject to our Return Policy, available at time2london.co.uk/return-policy. It also sets out your statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights. SECTION 10 - COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS If you send us ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other material, whether or not we asked for it and however you send it ("submissions"), you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, translate, and distribute it in any medium, without restriction. We do not have to keep submissions confidential, pay for them, or respond to them. You are responsible for your submissions and their accuracy. SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. SECTION 15 - INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Time 2 London Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall still be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be treated as removed from these Terms. This shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. SECTION 17 - ENDING THESE TERMS The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may also deny you access to our Services, or any part of them.
